New Product Introduction (NPI)
At Wavetronics, we allocate a New Product Introduction (NPI) team to fine tune the manufacturing process of a new-to-manufacture product to ensure quality and efficiency. This specialist team introduces a new product into our normal production manufacturing flow.
Pre-Production Development
Our pre-production team hand builds the first generation development prototypes for initial design for manufacturability (DFM) and fit for purpose evaluation. It is these samples that are eventually signed off by our customer as production ‘golden’ samples.
