Wavetronics state-of-the-art surface mounts lines are capable of placing both RoHS and non-RoHS components and provide accuracy of 0.3mm with vision and laser centering.

Our Juki equipment is capable of placing components at a rate of 80,000 components per hour with components ranging from 0402 resistors to complex BGAs, uBGAs and QFP packages.

Our SMT operators and supervisors are fully trained with experience gained over a number of years in the electronics industry. These operators are available to discuss your requirements during the prototype/development stages confirming manufacturability and can suggest other options that may solve placement issues.

We have full BGA placement capabilities from prototyping to volume production. We also offer rework facilities with our Metcal inspection equipment that provides visibility underneath the BGA confirming any conductivity issues and also confirms profiles for production runs.
